This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, environmental factors, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear. To make a claim, email hello@Rootless Plants.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. If your claim is covered, we’ll repair or replace your tree at no cost.
