2. Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Enjoy complimentary shipping on every purchase. We ensure your tree(s) is carefully packaged and delivered safely to your door, ready to elevate your space immediately.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within the continental United States.
Despite strong customer demand and many requests, we currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, and we do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and again once it has shipped.
5. Shipping & Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on product availability:
- In-stock items: Ship within 1–2 business days after processing
- High-demand: Ship within 4–6 weeks
Each product page clearly displays its estimated shipping timeframe. This information is also confirmed in your order confirmation email after purchase.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.
6. Order Confirmation & Communication
After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order details and estimated shipping timeline. We also keep you updated throughout the fulfillment process so you always know the status of your order.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.
8. PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
9. Damages and Issues
Rootless Plants is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items.

11. 14-Day Free Trial
Experience the quality in your own home. If your tree isn’t the perfect fit for your space, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund. We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase.
